Our policy allows returns within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
To request a refund, please email us at support@lumique.co within 60 days of receiving the damaged item(s), including pictures of the damage. After processing your email, we will send a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for your order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@lumique.co.
